主动组建并带领小型舞团。负责从选曲、排练到演出的全程统筹，注重动作细节与团队默契，将对舞蹈的热爱转化为舞台作品。

I organize and lead small dance groups — handling everything from music selection and rehearsal scheduling to live performance. It's where I practice the kind of end-to-end ownership I bring to everything I do.

羽毛球

Badminton

从小学习羽毛球，也是我坚持最久的运动之一。平日随和的我，骨子里却很好胜。既然要做，就要做到最好。

I've played badminton since childhood — it's the sport I've stuck with the longest. I'm easygoing in most things, but competing brings out a different side of me. I don't play just to participate.

烘焙

Baking

从小就喜欢观看烘焙视频，后来渐渐开始尝试上手。每一份配方我都力求严谨还原，日积月累，已掌握了数十种食谱。对于每一款蛋糕，我都会反复尝试，只为找到最完美的那个配方。

Baking is where my attention to detail really shows. I don't just follow recipes — I test variations, compare results, and refine until I get it right. It's the same mindset I apply to analytical work: iterate until it's the best version.
